S.F. Bay Studios is located in Fremont, California, within driving distance of the entire Bay Area. Our studio is available for hourly and day rentals, with or without lighting equipment, every day of the year, at all hours.The studio is about 1200 square feet total, featuring a waiting room, wardrobe room, bathroom and shower. The studio has a 10' roll up door with 50' from the back wall (paper backdrops) to the door, at 12-15' wide. There are a variety of chairs, a futon (couch & bed-shape), as well as boom arms, extension cords & more for use during shoots. The studio also features surround sound audio around the entire studio and wireless internet.
Current Rates
We have hourly rates as well as pre-paid access plans, allowing you to book multiple shoots (or longer shoots) with less expensive, pre-paid hours. Pre-paid shoots must be at least 2 hours long and include lighting equipment.Hourly shoots include 30 minutes before the shoot to meet with the studio manager at the studio. |

| CANCELLATIONS: No refunds are given, but cancellations up to 30 minutes past start time (talent not showing up etc), are allowed for re-booking. [you must contact the studio by phone to cancel. Cancellations beyond 30 minutes past start time will not be refunded.] PRE-PAID HOURS: Pre-Paid hours remain in your account until used, and do not expire. Shoots must be at least 2 hours long, and overages/early starts are taken from your account. Overages/Early Starts without enough hours in your account will be billed at $40/hour. MONTHLY PRE-PAID: The monthly plan is for photographers who know they will be using the studio often, but do not want to invest in their own equipment and location. Your account will have 20 hours added to it at the beginning of each month. Up to 6 hours from the previous month can be rolled over (non-consecutive). Aside from rolled-over hours, no refunds will be given for unused hours without serious conditions (medical emergency etc), which should be discussed as soon as possible. OTHER RESTRICTIONS: Bookings are for individual photographers only, but group photo shoots can be allowed for an additional fee. Pre-paid hours are to be used by the individual photographer only and can not be shared or re-sold. (Any attempts to re-sell hours will result in termination of all pre-paid hours without refund.) |
